A warm up and cool down are not included. Join me here to test your single leg balance from 30 – 90 secs on each leg. Everyone should be able to balance on each leg for a minimum of 30 secs. The progression is to add a toe tap to challenge your stability even further. Look up and ahead the whole time and stand tall with shoulders back, keeping a soft bend in your standing leg. This challenge will also improve your ankle and knee strength.
